Delivery of your order

Order has been placed – it’s time for delivery

See how we do it:

1. You can place orders on our website: www.iqos.com. 
2. We send them to you via DHL courier or to an InPost Paczkomat® locker.
3. Were you able to successfully place an order? Excellent! We will send you an e-mail with a link to track and monitor the status of your shipment.

Our online store delivers orders exclusively within the territory of Poland. 

When will you receive your parcel and how much will it cost?

1. Your order will be delivered completely free of charge, regardless of the order value.
2. Your package will be delivered to you via DHL courier to the address you provide in the order or to the selected Paczkomat® locker.
3. IQOS is intended for adults. Remember that at the time of delivery, the DHL courier will verify your age and identity. The delivery option to a Paczkomat® locker is available only for individuals whose age and identity have already been verified.

What do I need to prepare to accept the parcel?

1. Philip Morris conducts the distance sale of tobacco products.  Therefore, we hold accountability for our products being sold exclusively to adults.
2. Prepare an ID document so that the courier may verify your age and identity.
3. The delivery option to a Paczkomat® locker is available only for individuals whose age and identity have already been verified. When picking up the package from a Paczkomat® locker, only the pickup code is needed.
