Order has been placed – it’s time for delivery

1. You can place orders on our website: www.iqos.com. 
2. We ship them to you via DHL.
3. Were you able to successfully place an order? Excellent! We will send you an e-mail with a link to track and monitor the status of your shipment.

Our online store delivers orders exclusively within the territory of Poland. 

When will you receive your parcel and how much will it cost?

1. Your order will be delivered completely free of charge, regardless of the order value.
2. Your parcel will be delivered to you by DHL, a courier service, to the address specified in the order.
3. IQOS is intended for adults only. Please note that the courier will verify your age and identity at the moment of delivery.
4. The delivery time is in average 1 to 2 business days.

What do I need to prepare to accept the parcel?

1. Philip Morris conducts the distance sale of tobacco products.  Therefore, we hold accountability for our products being sold exclusively to adults.
2. Prepare an ID document so that the courier may verify your age and identity.
