Step by step instructions for returning an order

How to return a product ordered via IQOS.com free of charge? 

You are ordering products on our website? You have 60 days to return them.

We will always enclose a return form to your order. You can find all the detailed information there. If it got lost, you can download it here. Make sure to attach it to the order being returned.

Free return options offered by the IQOS.com store include:

1. DHL courier service: 
Do you want your parcel to be picked up by a courier? 

  • Go to the dhl24.com.pl website. 
  • Enter your details.
  • Affix the return label enclosed with your order to the parcel. 
  • Are you using the same packaging that was used to deliver the parcel? Place the return label over the old label.
  • You do not have a return label? Use the free return via the InPost Parcel Locker.

2. DHL Service Point (e.g. Żabka stores): 
You can choose any DHL service point – you can find the full list here. What then?

  • Go to dhl24.com.pl and report your return. 
  • Enter your details.
  • Affix the return label enclosed with your order to the parcel. 

3. InPost Parcel Locker:

  • Go to szybkiezwroty.pl/.
  • Select iqos.com from the list of stores.
  • Follow instructions provided by InPost.
  • You do not have to affix a return label to the parcel.

Remember: You cannot return a product purchased via our online store at a brick and mortar store.

Product ready to be returned – how to prepare it?

  1. Package the product in such a way, so that it cannot be damaged during the return transport.
  2. The product being returned must be complete – i.e. it must contain all components in original packaging.
  3. The return form we provided together with your order should be attached to the product being returned.
