TEREA tobacco sticks – what issues may arise?

Poor vapour quality and difficulties with inserting the stick

Have you noticed that your IQOS ILUMA ONE is producing less vapour or the TEREA stick does not fit your device? 
Follow these instructions:

1. Make sure the TEREA stick wasn't accidentally used twice. Also check whether the issue pertains to an individual TEREA stick. Isolated cases of TEREA sticks not fitting can happen on rare occasions and are almost never caused by a faulty device.
2. Check whether the TEREA stick has been inserted correctly, in line with the instruction manual. You can find information on how to insert a stick into the device here.
3. Make sure not to store TEREA packs in an environment that is not too humid or too dry. It can affect vapour quality. 

What to do when a damaged TEREA stick is stuck in the Holder?

A TEREA stick may break inside the device. What should you do in such case? Follow these practical guidelines:

1. Before trying to remove the broken TEREA stick, make sure your IQOS is turned OFF and allow it to cool down.
2. Try to gently remove the part of the stick that remains inside your IQOS using a toothpick or tweezers. is fully charged, all lights will shine white and then they will disappear.
