What can status lights on your IQOS ILUMA ONE mean?

Here’s a short guide that will help you understand the meaning of status lights on your device:

  1. All lights are flashing white twice and then fade out:
    Your device might be outside the appropriate temperature range (0°C ⁓ 40°C). You can move it to a colder place or warm it up in your hands and attempt to turn in ON again.
  2. Lower status light is flashing red:
    Most likely there was an error.
    Try to turn your IQOS ILUMA OFF and then ON again. 
    If the light keeps flashing red, contact our Customer Service Department.
  3. Lower status light is flashing yellow:
    A) Check the battery level by pressing the button on your IQOS ILUMA ONE.
    B) Bottom part of the light strip is flashing yellow? The battery level of your IQOS is low.
    C) Charge it using the official charger. In order to fully charge your device, plug it into a power outlet for 90 minutes. Once the device is fully charged, all lights will shine white and then they will disappear.
