What to do when status light on your IQOS ILUMA ONE is blinking red?
Is the lower status light on your device flashing red? It most likely means an error. See how to resolve it:
- Try to turn your IQOS ILUMA OFF and then ON again.
- It may be necessary to RESET the firmware on your device.
For this purpose press the ON/OFF button and hold it down for 10 seconds until all lights fade out. The RESET will be confirmed when all the lights briefly blink white.
