By registering an account you will receive access to:

• fast, free and convenient IQOS or lil device replacement service (covers device defects identified during the period  of legal protection)
• extended warranty for your IQOS or lil device. It covers mechanical damage that may occur during use and prevents the use of the device. Under the extended warranty, you can replace your pocket charger or holder, on a one-time basis, within one year from the date of purchase.

• advice and tips on how to use your IQOS device,
