Do you want to change your account details?
Check which of them you can change on your own and which will require our assistance.
New address? You can change it on your IQOS account
You can do that at any time. How can you update your address information? Follow these few simple steps:
- Log in to your account at IQOS.com.
Forgot your password? You can set a new password after your receive an e-mail. - Go to the “Your account” section.
- Click “Edit”.
- Enter current address information in the “Information about delivery” section.
How to change information other than address information?
Your IQOS user account does not offer the option to change such details as: first name, surname or login on your own.
How to change a password to IQOS account?
Forgot your password? Nothing to worry about. We will tell you how to set a new password.
- Go to the IQOS.com login page.
- Click “Forgot password”
- We will send you an e-mail with a link to change your password.
- Click that link and follow the instructions.
How to remove your IQOS account?
You cannot remove your own account on your own.
You can do that only by contacting us.
